Instructions
  1. Mix dry ingredients at speed 8 thermomix 20 sec or until mixed.
  2. Add 400g water, room temperature.
  3. Mix in the thermomix at speed 8 for 10 seconds.
  4. Use thermomix and the knead setting for 2:30 min/sec
  5. Use baking paper in a loaf tin.
  6. Put the dough in a loaf tin, spread out to fill the edges with wet hands.
  7. Allow to rise for 30 min or so, depending on room temperature.
  8. Bake at 200C for 30 min, check if cooked at the end by tapping.
  9. Cool the loaf on a wire rack.
