Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Add milk to thermomix and heat to 70° C, speed 4 for approximately 4 minutes.
  2. Once it reaches temperature you can add the cocoa powder, sugar and salt. Make sure you do not add the butter straight away as it will separate and curdle. Mix for 5-10 seconds at speed 4.
  3. Add butter and cook for 1 minute/70° C/speed 4.
  4. Serve
    Two mugs of hot chocolate
