#1 You can use the Thermomix to chop the onion if you like, but personally I’ve never had to much luck with it. Unfortunately it releases to much liquid when it gets chopped to the fineness I would like it to be. The best results I’ve ever had were chopping for ~5 seconds speed 7.
#2 You can cook this dish without the Butterfly, using Reverse + speed 2.
